5. All attendees must stay at one of our host hotels unless you reside less than 50 miles from Louisville. Submit “Hotel Form” form with payment (if applicable).

CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of registration will be refunded if cancelled on or before January 4, 2012. No refunds will be issued after this date.
